How we use your data
Clarity Digital Agency uses your contact, organization and project details and request contents to provide support and communicate about your requests. Processing supports our service relationship and the security of this service.
Access and providers
Tickets are available to authorized support staff and the verified customer. Hosting, storage and notification delivery are provided through Base44. Internal support notes are not shared with customers.
Retention and your rights
Data is retained as needed for support, security and applicable obligations. Request access, correction or deletion through a new Billing / Administrative ticket or the official Clarity Digital Agency website. Requests are verified before action. You may also contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
Submitting safely
Do not attach passwords, card details or unnecessary sensitive personal data. Access links are personal and expire. Attachments are stored privately and access is checked.
